Super Premium Visa Service
The super priority visa service is optional and costs Rs 51000 (including taxes), in addition to the standard visa fee. Our target is to process super priority visa applications on the same day that they are received. To use this service, you must book an appointment, and attend our New Delhi or Mumbai visa application centres, between 08:00 – 09:30, Monday to Friday. You can book an appointment online. You will be required to provide biometric information as part of the application process.
Eligibility - This service is available to customers who:

Are applying for a 6 month or 2 year multiple entry visitor visa (excluding student visit visas) and |
|
Have travelled without difficulty in the last 5 years to one of the following countries: UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or a Schengen country |
|
Or are employees of companies that are members of the Business Express Programme (managed by UK Trade and Investment in India) and are travelling as an official business visitor |
Customers are advised to read and sign the terms and conditions before applying and submit the signed copy with their visa application. We strongly recommend that customers with any form of adverse immigration history do not use this service. Using the super priority visa service does not imply or guarantee in any way that your visa application will be successful. All applicants must meet the requirements of the UK’s Immigration Rules.

Fast Track Service
The Home Office will expedite the processing of your visa application and return of your documents. Customers may request this service if they are applying for a visitor visa (excluding student visas) and have travelled without difficulty in the last five years to one of the following countries: UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or a Schengen country.
Please note: If you have been refused a visa for any one of these countries or overstayed your visa to the UK or been removed or otherwise been required to leave the UK, the processing of your application is likely to take longer than the processing times set out below, and is unsuitable for the Fast Track process.

What does it cost?
The cost of Fast Track is an additional Rs 4400 (including taxes).

Processing times:
The Home Office will fast track the processing of your application and aim to make your documents available for collection (or passed to the courier, if you have paid for this service) in the following timescales:
|
at the end of the next working day (day 2) in Chennai, Mumbai and New Delhi; |
|
at the end of the third working day in Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, Kolkata and Pune; |
|
at the end of the fourth working day in Bangalore, Cochin and Hyderabad. |
Important note: Using the Fast Track service does not guarantee that your visa application will be successful. All applicants must meet the requirements of the UK’s Immigration Rules.The Fast Track fee will not be refunded if the visa is refused or, in exceptional circumstances, takes longer than the processing times set out above.

Please note that there is a limited allocation of Fast Track slots each day. Customers are advised to schedule an appointment. Customers with a normal online appointment may avail a Fast Track service without a separate appointment only if there are unallocated slots available.

Bank Counter
You can pay the visa application fee, in cash, at the visa application centre. Standard Chartered’s Bank counter is located in all visa application centres for this purpose. The Standard Chartered Bank will levy a service charge of Rs.260 (inclusive of taxes) for this facility. |

Prime Time Service
You may submit your UK visa application outside the normal opening hours in the following visa application centres: New Delhi, Mumbai (North and South), Pune, Chennai and Bangalore. This also includes complimentary use of the Premium Service Lounge, wherever this facility is available.
Applications, by prior appointment only, are between 18:00 and 20:00 in Mumbai and Delhi, 15:30 and 17:30 in Pune and 17.30 and 19:30 in Bangalore and Chennai, Monday to Friday. In addition to this, the Prime Time service is also available in Bangalore on Saturdays between 11:00 13:00.
What does it cost?
The cost of Prime Time is an additional Rs 2500 (including taxes).
How do I apply?
Please make an appointment using the following dedicated email addresses between 08:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday. Requests received outside these times will be processed the following working day.
Important note: Use of the Prime Time Service does not affect the processing time of your application.

SMS Service
The SMS service updates customers in India on the progress of their UK visa applications. The easy to use SMS service sends an automated message to the applicant's mobile phone at various stages of the visa application process. This is followed up with an automated email message to the applicant's email informing them of the status of their visa application. The SMS text is available in English and Hindi.
This service can be purchased for Rs 102 (inclusive of VAT) at the time a customer submits the visa application. The form can be downloaded in the comfort of your own home and filled in before going to the visa application centre. Click Here to download the SMS application form.
