• Applying for a Premium Visa does not guarantee that you will be issued with the visa you have requested. But if you meet the qualifying criteria above, our staff will normally issue you with the visa for which you have asked.
• UKvisas reserves the right to issue visas of shorter validity when it considers this to be appropriate.
• UKvisas has a no refund policy.

If you are applying for a UKBorder Agency for the first time, you will not normally qualify for a Premium Visa and you would be expected to apply for a standard 6 month visa.


Trusted Partners

There is a dedicated coordinator at each VFS Visa Application Centre to handle applications from our Trusted Partners. They will need to take a prior appointment to submit applications at the Visa Application Centre. This will mean that the waiting time at the Application Centre is significantly reduced.

If you are a registered member of the Trusted Partner Scheme, please ask your representative to send an email to the VFS coordinator in your city before 1.00pm the previous day to schedule an appointment for the next day. An email confirming the appointment will be sent to the Trusted Partner representative by 4.00pm the same day.

The applicants are requested to come to the Visa Application Centre at the appointed time with a print out of the confirmation mail sent by VFS.


Optional Integra Screen

Documents of all PBS Tier 1 General Migrant and PBS Tier 1 Transitional scheme applicants will be forwarded to Integra Screen for verification. This process of verifications takes 2 weeks. The visa will be processed only after this verification.

For all other category of visas, applicants can avail of an optional verification process through Integra Screen. This would fast track you application. Further information is available on the Integra website.
