Trusted Partners

There is a dedicated coordinator at each VFS Visa Application Centre to handle applications from our Trusted Partners. They will need to take a prior appointment to submit applications at the Visa Application Centre. This will mean that the waiting time at the Application Centre is significantly reduced.

If you are a registered member of the Trusted Partner Scheme, please ask your representative to send an email to the VFS coordinator in your city before 1.00pm the previous day to schedule an appointment for the next day. An email confirming the appointment will be sent to the Trusted Partner representative by 4.00pm the same day.

The applicants are requested to come to the Visa Application Centre at the appointed time with a print out of the confirmation mail sent by VFS.
